Amanda and her husband, Chris, assumed ownership of Help Unlimited in 2010 from Amanda’s mother, Roberta. Amanda has been a daily money manager since 2001 and has worked diligently on her client’s behalf, learning the DMM trade directly from one of it’s pioneers– her mother Roberta Gosier. Amanda (aka “Mandy”) is particularly adept at prioritizing tasks and bringing order to the lives of overwhelmed individuals by defining a plan of action.

Roberta Gosier

Roberta was a leader in pioneering senior services for almost 30 years. She purchased Help Unlimited in 1991 and developed it into an innovative company employing skilled representatives to assist seniors in their homes with sorting mail, paying bills, tracking medical claims, and organizing financial information. Roberta passed away in August 2015, but her legacy of integrity, devotion to exceptional competency and her unflappable cheer informs all the work we do here at Help Unlimited.

Robert Buchanan
Daily Money Manager

Robert has worked with Help Unlimited since 2007. Prior to joining Help Unlimited, he worked for 30 years as a budgeting and accounting officer with the Federal Government and for an additional 12 years in private industry. He has personal experience serving as Power of Attorney for his mother, in-laws, and other relatives over 14 years. Bob is particularly well suited to clients who need assistance preparing and tracking tax information. He is a member of the National Active & Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE).
Lauren

Lauren Cain
Daily Money Manager

Lauren joined Help Unlimited in 2014 after working for a non-profit which provided grants to over 50 charities. Prior to taking time off to be a full time mother to 3 children, Lauren was the Sr. Product Manager and Asst. Vice President of the largest bank in Arizona (at the time), where she was in charge of marketing for over 500,000 checking accounts and development of special programs targeted to senior citizens. She is a 1981 graduate of State University of NY at Albany.

Thomas

Thomas Cooke
Daily Money Manager

Tom has been working with seniors and others on financial issues for more than three decades, most recently as a volunteer for older members of his parish in Washington and for families and friends. Prior to joining Help Unlimited in 2010, he worked for nearly 20 years as a financial consultant for a major wealth management firm. Tom has been a resident of Washington since 1961 when he came to DC for graduate school. His work experience in Latin America enables him to provide financial services for Spanish-speaking clients.

Amanda Fitzgerald

Amanda has worked with Help Unlimited since 2009. She specializes in making order out of financial chaos: helping clients who struggled managing their finances create workable, orderly, and individualized plans that maximize and preserve their income and assets. Amanda has experience in the corporate, small business and non-profit sectors, including serving as the former Financial Director of the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History.

David

David Mackoff
Daily Money Manager

David joined Help Unlimited in 2015. Originally from Chicago, David has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Over the years, David has provided accounting, bill-payment and bookkeeping services to nonprofits and individuals. David is also a skilled teacher who enjoys working with students of all ages. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of East Rock Creek Village, a nonprofit organization that works to enrich the lives of members and help them continue to live at home as they age.

Margie Odle

Marjorie joined Help Unlimited in 2014. She is a retired software developer who spent 44 years doing applications development mostly for support of public health research. However, she started her career working on the Apollo manned space craft effort.

Evelyn

Evelyn Reveron-Hill
Daily Money Manager

Evelyn joined Help Unlimited in 2015. She retired from Xerox Corporation after 30 years working in National Sales Management. Volunteering has always been a passion for her and she has volunteered since 2014 with Senior Connection, a non-profit which helps low income seniors throughout Montgomery County, MD, in their Bill Payer program. Evelyn is originally from New York City and is bi-lingual in Spanish.

Michele Tucci

Michele Tucci joined HU in 2019. She previously worked as an attorney for 33 years in her own practice and in the real estate and collection areas of a large bank. Her clients appreciate her strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of financial and legal matters and her personal support.
